ancoreCloud services use Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Technical data may therefore be processed by Microsoft as a service provider under applicable data-processing and transfer safeguards. Log data is retained only for as long as required for security, operation and applicable legal obligations.
3. Authentication
The login.ancorecloud.com subdomain provides authentication through Microsoft Entra External ID. Data submitted during sign-in is processed for identity verification, account security and access management. The ancoreSoft application receives authentication tokens and account attributes required for the requested service; it does not receive your password.
Depending on your account, additional information may be supplied by your organisation or identity provider. The applicable customer agreement and product configuration determine the specific processing purposes and retention periods.
4. Cookies and analytics
This informational landing page does not use advertising, behavioural analytics or non-essential cookies. Authentication services may use cookies that are strictly necessary to maintain the sign-in session, protect against fraud and complete the requested authentication flow.
5. Recipients and transfers
Data is disclosed only where necessary to operate the service, fulfil contractual obligations, comply with law or protect legitimate security interests. Service providers are engaged under appropriate data-processing terms. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses are used where required.
